Understanding Young Europeans: The Infra4NextGen Project Takes Stock in Tilburg

On March 18–19, the second Consortium meeting of the Infra4NextGen project took place at the Department of Sociology /European Values Study at Tilburg University.

During the event, academics, data collectors, and policy analysts from the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre discussed the progress made during the project’s first year. The aim? To build a solid and innovative research infrastructure that supports the needs and aspirations of young Europeans.

Soon, the official project website www.infra4nextgen.com will offer access to a range of valuable resources designed to better understand the values, expectations, and needs of Europe’s younger generations:

Funded by the European Commission with a budget of €9.75 million, the project is part of the broader NextGenerationEU initiative and focuses on five core themes: Digital, Equal, Green, Health, and Strong.

Infra4NextGen represents a crucial step toward a more informed, inclusive, and forward-looking Europe.
