On 6-7 March 2024 the representatives of the national teams of EVS, the Scientific Committee and the Executive Committee will meet in Skopje to work on the preparation of the next wave of EVS, that will be in 2026.
On the 6th, following the annual General Assembly, the EVS partners will be discussing the methodological guidelines of EVS2026, drafted by the Methodological group of the Scientific Committee, possible tools of survey management, and opportunities for fundings.
On the 7th, partners will be working on the development of the questionnaire, that will be built on the common core of the values survey (in line with the ongoing cooperation with WVS), inputs from the cooperation with ESS, and new emerging topics. The discussion is prepared and guided by the Scientific Committee.
In the afternoon, the seminar “Gender Equality: a European value” will allow the discussion of methodological challenges for the measurement of gender equality values and will provide substantive imputs. The seminar is open to the public and will host contributions from junior and well-known experts on this topic.
