Atlas of European Values

atlasofeuropeanvalues

Along with the Fontys Hogeschool (Eindhoven, NL), EVS designed a special website where students, teachers and other users can find materials about values in Europe and make their own maps. The website is available in seven languages: English, German, Dutch, Slovak, Turkish, French and Spanish. On the basis of the interactive maps, visitors can see how the people of European countries at different times (1981, 1990, 1999 and 2008), thought and action, but also compare groups in Europe, including young and old, or men and women.

The website contains extensive teaching materials for teachers in secondary education: lesson plans, teaching methods and specially recorded videos of young people across Europe. The use of the teaching material is kept online and counts more than 2000 sessions per year.

Since 2020, thanks to the support of the Erasmus+ programme, the website https://www.atlasofeuropeanvalues.eu/ is going to be updated with new data from EVS2017-2020 and new teaching material developed in the context of the EVALUE project.
