The EVS Foundation is the highest legal authority. The Foundation aims at planning and promoting joint activities and offers assistance in fundraising for the EVS project. The EVS Foundation is directed by a Board whose tasks are to control contractual agreements, to initiate and mediate with funding agencies and to appoint members in the Executive Committee (nominated by Council of Program Directors).
